Terms of Service
Last updated 17 July 2026 · Flowitz is a product of Grandfield Media.
Plain terms for a small product. If something here reads as a surprise, that's a bug — tell us.
1.Who we are
Flowitz is operated by Grandfield Media (“we”, “us”). Registered entity details and jurisdiction are listed at legal@flowitz.com on request.
2.What Flowitz is
Two things. Free tools run in your browser and need no account. Studios run on our servers: you give us an artifact (an iFlow export, an EDI file, an IDoc, a WSDL, a payload), and we return a kit of documents written from it. Studios cost credits.
3.Generated documents are drafts for your review
Everything a Studio produces is a draft for your professional review before you deliver it to a client. Flowitz reads your artifact and writes what it finds there; it does not know your client, your landscape, or your contract. Your professional judgment is part of the workflow — you remain responsible for what you sign your name to. We build for consultants, not around them.
4.Your account and your work
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Your account owns the work — the artifacts you upload, the kits we generate, and your credits. You can export or delete it at any time.
You own your output. We claim no rights over the documents a Studio writes for you. Use them, edit them, bill for them.
5.Credits
Studios are priced in credits, at a flat price per run shown before you run. If a run fails on a core document, the credits are returned automatically — you are not charged for a kit you didn't get.
Credits exist only while your account holds at least one active pack subscription. Cancel one pack of several and your balance survives in full, spendable on your remaining entitlements. Cancel your last pack and the entire balance zeroes at period end — monthly remainder, add-on purchases, unspent joining bonus, everything. No refunds, no restoration, no exceptions. Credits are a subscription benefit, not property.
We will tell you this again at every add-on purchase, and once more at final cancellation — showing the live number you are about to forfeit, which you must confirm. See the refund policy.
6.Acceptable use
Don't upload artifacts you have no right to share, don't try to break the metering or the credit ledger, and don't resell Flowitz as your own service. Automated access is welcome through our API when it ships — under your own key, at your own rate limits.
7.Availability and change
Flowitz is a young product and changes often. New documents may join a kit at the same price; capabilities may be added or retired. We keep the versions that produced your kits recorded, so a kit stays explainable after the Studio that made it has moved on.
We aim to keep the service up and will publish incidents at status.flowitz.com, but we don't promise uninterrupted service.
8.Liability
Flowitz is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Because generated documents are drafts for your review (section 3), we are not liable for what happens after you accept and deliver them.
9.Ending it
Cancel any time from Settings; you keep access to the end of the paid period. Note the forfeiture rule in section 5. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or the ledger.
