Refunds & credits
Last updated 17 July 2026 · Flowitz is a product of Grandfield Media.
The short version: you're never charged for a kit you didn't get, and credits live as long as your subscription does.
1.Failed runs refund themselves
A Studio reserves your credits before it starts. If a core document fails to generate, or the kit can't be assembled, the run is released and the credits go back automatically — no ticket, no waiting on us. You'll see the refund as its own line in your credit ledger.
If a run is interrupted (our worker dies, a deploy lands mid-run), a sweep finds it and releases it the same way. A reservation never silently keeps your money.
2.What isn't refunded
A kit that generated successfully is not refunded because you didn't like the output. The documents are drafts for your review — read the sample kit on any Studio page before you spend a credit, and run our sample free once to see the real thing first.
If a kit is materially broken — wrong artifact parsed, corrupt ZIP — tell us and we'll make it right.
3.The forfeiture rule
Credits exist only while the account holds at least one active pack subscription. Cancel one pack of several → balance survives in full, spendable on remaining entitlements. Cancel the last pack → the entire balance zeroes at period end — monthly remainder, add-on purchases, unspent joining bonus, everything. No refunds, no restoration, no exceptions. Credits are a subscription benefit, not property.
Timing: you keep the month you paid for. Both your access and your credits survive to the end of the period; forfeiture executes at the renewal that never comes.
You will be told, three times. Here; at every add-on purchase (“credits require an active pack subscription”); and at final cancellation, where we show the live number — “cancelling your last pack forfeits your remaining N credits at period end — this cannot be undone” — and you must confirm it explicitly. That confirmation is recorded.
If you resubscribe before period end, nothing is forfeited — the subscription never lapsed.
4.Subscriptions
Cancel any time from Settings. You keep access and credits until the end of the paid period. We don't pro-rate part-months.
Add-on credit purchases are one-time and non-expiring — but they are still credits, and section 3 applies to them like everything else.
5.Talk to us
Something charged that shouldn't have been? Email billing@flowitz.com with the run — every run has an id, and we can trace it end to end. Statutory refund rights in your country are unaffected by anything on this page. See also the Terms.
