Frequently asked questions

What is a credit?

The one currency for paid work. Each Studio charges a flat price per run: iFlow Studio is 2 credits; the EDI, IDoc, API and Groovy Script Studios are 1 credit each. Free tools never touch credits — they run entirely in your browser.

What do I actually get for a run?

One ZIP kit, saved to your project. Every kit ships its core documents — for an iFlow run that's the Technical Specification, Sample Input Data and Unit Test Checklist — and more documents join each kit as they graduate from staging.

Do I need a card to start?

No. Signing up grants 10 joining credits once — no card, no clock. Before launch those credits are reserved and waiting for launch day.

What happens when my credits run out?

Free tools keep working — they never cost credits. For Studios, add +50 credits for $10 anytime, or wait for your pack's monthly 100-credit grant. An empty balance never breaks anything that's already yours: your projects and kits stay.

What's the difference between monthly and annual?

The same SAP Pack either way — 100 credits a month, all five Studios, no watermarks. $24 billed monthly, or $240 for the year, which works out to two months free.

Is my data safe?

Free tools run entirely in your browser — your data never leaves it. A Studio run uploads your artifact so the engine can generate your kit; the privacy page maps every claim on this site to the mechanism that makes it true.
